Pros:

GREAT techs, fast responsetime. never lost loop and no unexpected downtime

Cons:

didn't switch from our old provider eariler.

Other Thoughts:

WOW, there is a review website for OC192's! guess there is a review site for everything these days...this is like coming up with a review site for $10,000 bills... not that many companies have OC192's. oh well, we love level 3!
