Pros:

I have never had a problem in 4 years of service. Not ONE minute of downtime. This is unheard of in tele-com

Cons:

There are none I can think of, other than I wish I would have found them sooner!

Other Thoughts:

I have setup NOCs all of the world and have never experienced such professionalism.
